Oren Sivan

Oren Sivan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering, technology, and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director - Head of Engineering for Asia at Galaxy since August 2022, Oren previously held leadership roles at Susten Capital Management Inc. as a Team Lead & Full Stack Engineer, overseeing the development of applications for the investment management division. Oren's career includes positions as Product Manager at Evolution Energy, where a pilot project was managed in the Asia-Pacific, and Software Engineer at Vericant, where innovative solutions were developed amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior experience at Goldman Sachs Asset Management spanned over a decade, contributing to both strategic and technical aspects of hedge fund management and risk systems. Oren holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a Master's degree in Counselling from Monash University.
