Steve Abbitt

Steve Abbitt has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Steve most recently served as the Vice President - Site Reliability Engineer at Galaxy starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gliffy as a Senior DevOps Engineer from November 2019 to July 2022. Before joining Gliffy, Steve took a break from work and was on sabbatical from June 2019 to November 2019. Steve also worked at Navis as a DevOps Engineer from June 2015 to June 2019, where they were responsible for designing and deploying a Docker-based CI/CD pipeline and maintaining developer and hosting services. Steve's earlier experience includes working at Eveo as a DevOps Engineer & System Administrator from May 2012 to June 2015, and owning and serving as the head consultant at Mojo Information Technologies from March 2002 to May 2012, where they provided IT consulting, repair, and administration services. Steve began their career at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank as a Network and System Administrator, IT Support, from February 1998 to March 2002.

Steve Abbitt attended Laney College from 2005 to 2006, where they received a Certification in Professional Photography.
