Chef Cheong serves as the Head of Food Services and the Head of Food and Beverage at Sunway Medical Centre and Sunway Hospitality, respectively, since 2017. In addition, they hold the position of Chinese Executive Chef at Hilton and serve as Chef De Cuisine at Galaxy Macau, both roles they currently maintain. Through these various positions, Chef Cheong demonstrates extensive leadership in the culinary field.
