They began their advertising career after graduating from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, initially honing their skills at Ogilvy Hong Kong with the Hong Kong Disneyland account. Ciff later achieved notable success at Grey Hong Kong and DDB HK, earning multiple awards for campaigns, including the agency's first Gold Cannes Lion. Throughout their career, Ciff has consistently demonstrated creativity and leadership, culminating in a reputation for excellence recognized by numerous local and international awards.
