Ivan Cheong

Ivan Cheong is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Executive Manager of Food & Beverage at Galaxy Macau since April 2021. Previously, Ivan managed various restaurants at Wynn Palace, including Wing Lei Palace and Mizumi, from June 2016 to March 2021, and held the role of Myung Ga restaurant manager at Galaxy Macau from June 2015 to June 2016. Ivan's extensive career began at Wynn Macau in January 2010, where responsibilities included assistant management roles, project management, and training coordination across multiple restaurants. Ivan's foundational experience in the industry started as a banquet server at Four Points by Sheraton in 2007. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from the International College of Management Sydney and a High School Diploma from Yuet Wah College in Macau.
