Jerry Sum has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning with the role of Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Grand Hyatt Incheon in August 2014, where support was provided for the hotel's opening. Previously, Jerry served as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Grand Hyatt Macau from January 2012 to November 2014, overseeing operations of a 791-room hotel. This was followed by a promotion to Assistant Manager - Rooms and later to Assistant Front Office Manager at the same location.
