Ajda M started their work experience in 2010 as a General Manager at a self-employed company. Ajda held this role from March 2010 until January 2014. In 2014, they joined Galaxy Technologies as a Human Resources Director, and their employment there is ongoing.

Ajda M completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the International School of Hamburg (ISH) from 2008 to 2010.
