Matthew Williamson

Matthew Williamson is a land agent specializing in landlord and tenant matters, rural valuation, and estate management. They served as a Director at Land Factor Limited from 2017 to 2019 and held an Associate position at Land Factor from 2014 to 2019, providing management and strategic advice to landowning clients in the North East of England. Prior to that, Williamson worked as an Associate at Strutt & Parker from 2008 to 2014, managing rural estates in Northumberland and consulting on various matters. Currently, they are a Partner at Galbraith, having also worked there as a Senior Associate from 2019 to 2021.
