Adrian Murphy

Adrian Murphy currently serves as the Head of Global Operations at Galderma, leading the company's transformation into a top global dermatology entity since May 2022. With extensive experience in operations, Adrian held significant leadership positions at Takeda as SVP for Biologics, Cell & Gene Therapy Operations and SVP of Plasma Operations, as well as at Shire and Baxalta. Prior roles include Executive Director for Product Operations and Project Management at Merck, where responsibilities included overseeing the governance of multiple production sites. Adrian initiated a successful manufacturing strategy for Merck that contributed to significant cost reduction and product growth. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles at MSD and Campbell Soup Company, as well as a supply chain management position at Procter & Gamble. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science from the University of Limerick.
