Grace Wu

Grace (Yue) Wu is the Head of HR for China at Galderma, with over a decade of experience in human resource management. Previously, they served as VP and Head of Global HR at LianBio, where they managed the HR and administrative functions for a rapidly growing global workforce and supported the company's IPO. With a background that includes senior roles at Eli Lilly China, Grace has developed a strong expertise in talent management and organizational strategy. They are currently rotating through various business units to enhance their understanding of the business while aspiring to become an enterprise HR executive leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
