Joel Warren

Joel Warren is an experienced professional in business strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy and Operations at Galderma from August 2023 to July 2025. Warren collaborates with the General Manager and leadership team in Therapeutic Dermatology to drive operational excellence and execute cross-functional initiatives. Previously, as Project Management Director at Galderma, Warren focused on launch readiness and milestone achievement in US Patient Services and US Market Access. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Program Management at Curia, overseeing a $200 million facility expansion, and holding the role of Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives at Akorn, where Warren established a global serialization system.
