Jonas Ferm has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. At Sigolis AB, Jonas completed a thesis project focused on enhancing the replication process of polymer products from silicon or glass. Subsequent roles at Galderma from 2016 to 2021 included positions such as Process Design Engineer and various managerial roles overseeing cleanroom operations, utilities, and engineering teams. Jonas also served as Interim Head of Engineering at the Uppsala site. Prior to Galderma, Jonas worked as a Project Engineer at Ginolis Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Natural Science degree from Fyrisskolan and a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Materials Engineering from Uppsala University.
