Karin Eichinger is an experienced IT vendor and contract management professional with a strong track record in leading teams and managing supplier relationships across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of IT Vendor Management Office at Galderma since January 2023, Karin previously held the position of Head of IT Sourcing & Contract Management at Allianz Partners, where responsibilities included managing an international team and overseeing inter-company agreements. Karin also worked at Allianz Technology as the Head of DC Contract & Commercial Management Team, focusing on post-award contract governance, stakeholder management, and performance analysis.
