Leandro Salgado

Leandro Salgado currently serves as the Head of Consumer Finance US at Galderma since March 2025. Prior to this role, Leandro was the Vice President of Finance and CFO for the Americas at DOLCE&GABBANA Beauty from July 2022 to March 2025. Leandro’s experience at Coty ranged from October 2016 to June 2022, where roles included CFO for Latin America and Travel Retail Americas, as well as Finance Director for Sales in North America’s Professional Beauty division. Earlier in Leandro's career at Procter & Gamble from January 2008 to September 2016, positions included Group Finance Manager for Sales at Wella Professional and Senior Financial Analyst roles in various divisions. Leandro earned an MBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, completing the degree from 2006 to 2008.
