Regis Schulz

Regis Schulz is an accomplished regulatory affairs leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Regulatory Affairs at Galderma since August 2020, Regis leads a department of over 200 employees, managing regulatory strategies for a wide range of products across multiple regions. Prior to Galderma, Regis held senior positions at Takeda and Shire, focusing on global regulatory strategies in rare immunology and immunology therapeutic areas. Earlier roles at Novartis involved leadership in global regulatory affairs for established products and dermatology. Regis holds a Pharm.D. and two master's degrees in Pharmacy Administration and Business Administration from the University of Strasbourg.
