Mike Hyman has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mike began their career in 1996 as a Technical Consultant for Enterprise Sales at McKesson, where they supported the sales team with the development of technical aspects of specific sales strategies, and presented the technologies to current customers and prospects management and IT staff. Mike achieved greater than 100% of their personal quota and Sales Achievement Club from 1996 to 1999. In 2000, they became the Vice President of Sales Operations at Quovadx, where they were accountable for the sales engineers, providing sales analysis, support and training for sales and channel sales of interoperability solutions. Mike led a team of Solution Engineers and Sales Proposal team, 8 resources, and developed presentations, product demonstrations and training materials. From 2002 to 2004, Mike was the Practice Director at CTG Healthcare Solutions, where they were accountable for the Profit and Loss of the consulting practice supporting the McKesson and Eclipsys service lines, developing sales campaigns, sales support materials, account management process and proposal development. Mike developed Account Management at all levels in order to meet and exceed revenue goals, and provided oversight and engagement management of large scale projects delivering within customer expectations, with staff peaking at over 40 consultants. From 2004 to 2007, Mike was the Customer Connectivity Executive at LabCorp, where they were a Subject Matter Expert providing support to sales and business development teams promoting value and capability of interoperability solutions to drive diagnostic and pathology services revenue. Mike presented recommended interoperability solutions to all levels of client’s organization resulting in increased revenue exceeding quota goals. From 2007 to 2017, Mike was the Strategic Account Manager at DSS, Inc. and Sage Health Management Solutions. In 2015, they became the Regional Sales Director at Jellyfish Health, where they were accountable for sales and business development activities to meet growth objectives of a “startup”. Mike called on C-Level executives with the solution for improving patient experience, front office operations and revenue growth, and promoted brand awareness through social media and marketing events. Mike developed a significant pipeline of new business, closing 10% within 12 months. In 2016, Mike founded Hyman Consulting Services, where they provided services to increase the value of HIT and data assets for healthcare services provider organizations and technology startups. Mike developed and executed business strategies for sales lead generation and marketing, and developed and executed partnership strategies for growth. Finally, in 2020, Mike joined Galen Data as Sales and Business Development.

Mike Hyman's education history includes obtaining a B.S. in Medical Technology from Georgia College & State University, followed by an MBA with 30 hours towards Accounting, Information Systems, Marketing and Statistics. In 2016, they also obtained a Certified MIPS Quality Professional (CMQP) from 4Med Professional Training and Certification, focusing on CMS Quality Payment Program and MIPS Reporting.
