Rodrigo Dib

Rodrigo Dib is the Institutional and Innovation Superintendent at CIEE, leading digital and cultural transformation efforts aimed at youth inclusion in the workforce. They serve as an Employability Specialist at Rede Globo de Televisão and are a Partner at Galena Edupass. With over 25 years of experience, Rodrigo has held leadership roles such as CEO of Instituto PROA, where they significantly advanced the organization’s mission to prepare public school youth for employment. Rodrigo has also contributed to academia as an MBA professor and engaged in various advisory roles.
