Ruby Bell

Ruby Bell is a co-founder of byRuby, where they disrupted the frozen food sector with a premium direct-to-consumer and retail brand available in over 300 locations, including Booths and Waitrose stores. They scaled kitchen operations to produce thousands of award-winning meals weekly, managing a team of 25+ employees. Ruby has spearheaded product development and operational improvements, co-authored the "Freeze" cookbook, and received multiple accolades, including 11 Great Taste Awards and recognition as Best Food Startup at the Great British Food Awards. Currently, Ruby serves as Head of Product at Galeta and leads consultancy projects at Good Food Studio, further showcasing their culinary expertise and innovative problem-solving skills.
