Mark Schmidt

Mark Schmidt, MBA, MSA, CPA, CMA, CTP, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Gallery since October 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles as CFO at Generator Source and GeoPoll. At Generator Source, Mark partnered with private equity to enhance the company's scaling efforts and financial management. While at GeoPoll, financial oversight initiatives led to a significant increase in gross margin and doubled cash generation. Mark's earlier positions include Director of Finance and Accounting at Global Down Syndrome Foundation and various financial leadership roles at IMI Industrial Automation and Gates Corporation. Mark holds an MBA in Finance and a Master's in Accounting from the University of Colorado and a B.A. in Industrial Design from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
