Marcus Nucci has held a variety of positions in the tech industry since 2006. Marcus began their career as VP of Sales & Marketing at Docassist in 2006, then moved to Avir Sensors LLC in 2007 as Chief Operating Officer. In 2010, they became President of Frontline Test Services Company, LLC and Managing Partner & Founder of Lucida Partners LLC. In 2012, they were President and VP of Operations at ecomom, then CIO of Broad Axe Care Coordination, LLC in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they served as President of Sell and Retain and CTO/CIO of Meriwether Godsey. In 2016, they were Consulting CTO/CIO of Westover Strategic Advisors, and they are currently Chief Customer Officer at Galley since 2022.

Marcus Nucci received their Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University between 1984 and 1989. Marcus also attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2004 to study Biotech for Business. Marcus also attended HKIS, but did not receive a degree. Marcus holds a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
