Joel Key, LEED AP, is an experienced manager and people leader with over 30 years in the HVAC, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, and building science trades. They have held various management roles for the last 20 years, including serving as General Manager at Gallo Mechanical, LLC since 2025 and previously as Operations Manager at ABM Building Solutions Ltd from 2021 to 2024. Joel also worked as an HVAC Service Division Manager at Bolton Services Inc. and as Regional Services Director for Noland Company/Rheem Manufacturing, where they led technical training for contractors. In addition to their management expertise, Joel served as an adjunct instructor at multiple community colleges, teaching courses on green building and energy efficiency. They hold a certificate in HVAC Technologies from Wake County Community College.
