Beth Smith

Beth Smith is a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach at Gallup since 2018, bringing extensive experience in talent management from a previous role as Director of Talent Management at the State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation from May 2011 to February 2023. Prior to that, Beth served as VP of Client Programs and Services at the National MS Society Mid South Chapter from June 2004 to May 2011, and worked at the UT Center for Disability and Employment in a corporate connections capacity from October 2003 to November 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Trevecca Nazarene University. Beth is also an alumnus of Harpeth Hall School.
