Cindi Eberhardt

Cindi Eberhardt, CPM, serves as the Director of Compliance Services Division at the Scottsdale Police Department since June 2011, overseeing administration and operations across various areas in Planning and Development Services, including finance and strategic initiatives. With a strong focus on behavioral insights, Cindi leads the Behavioral Insights Team Scottsdale within the city's High Performance and Innovation Team, managing programs aimed at improving city services through strategic analysis and collaboration. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Scottsdale. Cindi is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and has contributed to various city initiatives, including the Blue Zones Project. Educational pursuits include ongoing studies at Harvard Kennedy School and completion of the Certified Public Management Program at Arizona State University.
