Eric H.

Eric H. serves as a Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach at Gallup since October 2022, focusing on strengths-based coaching to help individuals leverage their talents. Currently, Eric is also the Director of Housing at SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital, a role held since May 2020. Previously, Eric held positions in academia, including Adjunct Instructor at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where courses on Compensation, Motivation, and Appraisal were taught, and Associate Director of Residence Life, managing housing operations across multiple campuses. Additionally, Eric has experience as Assistant Director of Residence Life at State University of New York at Fredonia, supervising residence hall operations and guiding resident assistants. An educational background includes a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in Music Teacher Education from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
