Jon Faue

Jon Faue possesses extensive experience in leadership and operations management, primarily at Gallup since August 2008, where roles have included Director of Learning and Development, Executive Director of Operations and Client Service, and Consultant & Performance Manager across various regions. Faue has effectively led diverse teams, focusing on talent acquisition and program execution, while also managing the performance of a large outbound interviewing center. Prior to Gallup, Faue served as a Fitness Instructor at CorePower Yoga. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Human Resources Development from the University of Maryland and a BSBA in Market Research from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
