Robert Bird

Robert Bird is a Lead Data Analyst at Gallup since June 2016, where responsibilities encompass the entire research life cycle from survey design to data analysis, visualization, and report creation for stakeholders. Concurrently, since June 2019, Robert serves as an Instructor at The Johns Hopkins University, developing and teaching courses on Programming and Data Management in R, as well as Data Visualization. Previously, Robert held the position of Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of South Carolina from August 2019 to October 2022, where course instruction focused on survey methods, regression modeling, statistics, and political analysis. Robert holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.
