Robert Frank is a software architect with over 25 years of hands-on experience in design and engineering, leading projects across various industries including banking, education, health & wellness, logistics, and consulting. Currently at Gallup since 2015, Robert focuses on building high-quality applications and designing robust ETL pipelines while also leading GenAI initiatives. Previously, Robert served as a Soldier in the US Army from 1995 to 1997 and as a Lead User Interface Engineer at BHMI from 2001 to 2015. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2001.
