Tracy Johnson

Tracy Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Initiative Lead for the Suncorp Bank Integration Program at ANZ since April 2004. Tracy's expertise spans various roles within ANZ, including Product Owner and Chapter Lead in the Responsible Banking Tribe, where responsibility involves financially remediating merchant customers and ensuring the implementation of best practices. Additional roles include overseeing IT Disaster Recovery capabilities, managing eCommerce product support, and acting as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, helping individuals leverage their unique strengths for personal and professional growth.
