Kai O'Doherty is an experienced policy and public affairs leader with a focus on advocacy for marginalized communities. Currently serving as the Director of Policy and Evidence at Galop since May 2025, O'Doherty leads initiatives to enhance the lives of LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse in the UK.
