Lenna Cumberbatch

Lenna Cumberbatch is a seasoned diversity and inclusion strategist with over 25 years of experience across the UK, USA, and EU in corporate, education, and health sectors. Currently, Lenna chairs the Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Working Group for Project Everyone and serves as a non-executive director at Rooftop Housing Group and Galop. Lenna has held various advisory and board positions, including trustee roles at the British Pharmacological Society and the Grace Eyre Foundation. Previously, Lenna worked as a consultant for the University of Cambridge and as the diversity manager for The Royal Society. A lifelong sci-fi fan and avid reader, Lenna is also a strong supporter of women in sports.
