Ruth Daly

Ruth Daly is an experienced therapist and counsellor currently employed at Galop as a Counsellor since February 2024, while also operating a private practice since September 2017, where one-to-one, couples, and group support is provided in a pluralist manner. Additionally, Ruth has been a therapist at Talk Now since July 2016 and worked at Lifelink from August 2017 to February 2024, specializing in time-limited, solution-focused approaches and employing recognized clinical tools to record client progress. Ruth holds an Honours Degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from The Centre of Therapy & Counselling Studies and has contributed to staff training and public education.
