Sam Westover

Sam Westover is a seasoned chief executive and Board of Directors member currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Dental Brands since 2025. With extensive experience in health care services, insurance, technology, and manufacturing, Sam has held strategic roles such as CEO and COO at Western Health Plans, Inc. and served as a Special Assistant to the Governor of Utah during the Winter Olympics. Educated with a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University, Sam has also founded and led multiple companies, including OrthAlliance, Inc., and has held significant financial leadership roles at organizations like CIGNA Healthcare and Blue Cross of California.
