Fernando Borges

Fernando Borges is currently the Production & Operations Innovation Lead at Galp and serves as the Deputy Manager of the Fuel & Aromatics Plant at the Matosinhos Refinery. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Process Engineer in the Technology Department at Galp Energia from 2007 to 2016 and completed a trainee position at EDV ENERGIA from 2006 to 2007. Fernando holds an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a post degree in Petroleum Refining, Petrochemical and Chemical from Instituto Superior Técnico.
