Luis Coelho has extensive experience in service delivery and implementation consulting, particularly within financial and software platforms. From November 2015 to July 2020, Luis worked at Unit4 as an Implementation Consultant, successfully implementing financial systems for various organizations across multiple cities in Europe. Subsequently, Luis transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager at Unit4, managing customer and consultant relationships while ensuring effective support for system administration teams. Currently, since April 2024, Luis serves as a Service Delivery Manager at Galp, overseeing global Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms, and also at Match Profiler, ensuring operational continuity for the Dynamics platform at GALP Portugal.
