Marcio Silvado

Marcio Silvado is the Diretor de Inovação e Produtos Ambientais at Galp, where they focus on environmental innovation and product development. They co-founded and served as CEO of Albatroz Centro de Inovação from 2020 to 2023. Previously, Marcio held various leadership roles, including President of the Risk and Audit Committee at Eletros, and Manager of Risk Assessment and Control at ONS. Marcio's career began as a Systems Analyst at FURNAS, where they worked from 1984 to 1999. They earned an Electrical Engineering degree with an MBA from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
