Sónia Ramos is a senior energy professional with over 25 years of experience in the commodities value chain. Currently, Sónia serves as the Head of Value Chain Integration & Appraisal at Galp, where they focus on optimizing performance across the organization. Previously, Sónia held various leadership roles at Galp, including Head of Performance & Appraisal and Head of Iberian Business Optimization, driving integrated value creation and operational decision-making. Sónia began their career as a trainee at Petrogal and has pursued executive education at prestigious institutions, including INSEAD and Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
