We meet girls where they are — online, at school, and in their communities — ensuring that every Liberian girl has the guidance and opportunities she needs to thrive.

Gals Guidance is a dynamic nonprofit initiative empowering young women in Liberia through tools, mentorship, and resources that build confidence and open doors. Our core programs: the HerGuide Journal, BrightPath Mentorship Program, and EmpowerHer Gatherings; bridge critical gaps in career readiness, skill building and access to life-changing information.

By 2030, we aim to empower over 3,600 young women, equipping them to lead their communities and create lasting change across Liberia.
