Dave Webb

Dave Webb currently serves as President and COO at GALT Aerospace, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at CAES from December 2018 to January 2025, where responsibilities spanned programs, business development, and strategy. Prior to that, Dave held positions at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, including Director of Program Management, and at Space-Time Insight as Senior Account Executive, managing large utility accounts. A significant portion of Dave's career was spent at Raytheon IDS, contributing as Associate Director for ship integration and fleet services as well as leading engineering teams. Educational background includes a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
