Shellie M. is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in overseeing large-scale IT and federal contracts. At CTIS, Inc., Shellie served as Program Director and DoD IT Project Manager, managing a team of over 25 in support of the Defense Contract Management Agency and Application and Database Sustainment. Prior experience at A-TEK, Inc. involved developing customer objectives and monitoring finances for multiple HHS NIH contracts, utilizing an Earned Value Management system. Shellie's tenure at Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc. included managing a $45 million National Science Foundation contract, where a successful onboarding process for over 25 staff members was directed.
