Andre Castro

Andre Castro is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications at the General Aviation Manufacturers Association since January 2020. Previously, Andre held the position of Communications Director for Congressman Bill Flores from March 2012 to January 2020 and has also worked in various campaign management roles, including GOTV Director for Randy Altschuler's congressional campaign and Campaign Manager for Sarah Davis and M.J. Khan. Andre began a career in communications as Deputy Press Secretary for Congressman Michael McCaul from January 2005 to October 2007. Andre earned a degree from The University of Kansas between 1997 and 2003.
