Gaman [我慢] – a millenary ethos of the Japanese culture, represents the virtue of being resilient and persevering with patience, discipline, and dignity, essential qualities for achieving long-lasting success in life and investments.

We are firm believers in the long-term exponential effects of hard and diligent work, driven by intellectual curiosity and ownership – the main pillars of our culture.

Moreover, we understand good businesses cannot survive bad partnerships, something we seek to address through a proper alignment of interests, clear governance rules, and constant and transparent dialogue.

Our investment philosophy is based on acquiring minority stakes in private companies in which the combination of patient capital and a proactive value-creation agenda can yield exceptional and sustainable returns for all stakeholders.
