Prior experience includes roles at 23red as a Senior Account Director and Account Director, as well as a Senior Account Manager at WePlay, a leading sports marketing agency. Andrew also worked at Crimestoppers Trust, where responsibilities encompassed managing campaigns and corporate partnerships. Early career experience involves positions such as Enrichment Officer and Residential Academies Officer at Oaklands College. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching Science from the University of Worcester.
