Rachel Pearce

Rachel Pearce has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Regional Director of Commissioning at NHS England since January 2015, overseeing a direct commissioning portfolio. Previously, Rachel held several key roles, including Director of Commissioning Operations, Managing Director at Arden Commissioning Support Unit, and Director Delivery Systems at The Arden PCT Cluster. Rachel contributed to the corporate development and compliance at NHS Warwickshire as Assistant Chief Executive/Director of Compliance and has held leadership positions at the Great Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust and AGW Strategic Health Authority. Rachel's educational background includes a BSc Hons in Psychology from Newcastle University, complemented by an education at esteemed institutions. Rachel is also a member of the Board of Trustees at GambleAware since January 2019.
