Sonal Shah is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of People & OD at GambleAware since May 2019, Sonal has previously held the role of HR Business Partner at RNIB, providing expert HR advice in a leading charity. With extensive experience at the Office for Public Management (OPM), where Sonal was Head of HR & Business Services, responsibilities included managing all HR-related functions and leading various projects. Sonal’s educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Social Science from The Open University and a Bachelor of Arts in Media with Cultural Studies from Solent University.

GambleAware is an independent, grant-making charity commissioning prevention and treatment services across England, Scotland and Wales to keep people safe from gambling harms.
