Teresa O'Connor is a Legal and Governance Consultant at Chatham House since January 2024, collaborating with the Research and Operations Teams. Simultaneously, Teresa serves as a Senior Consultant at GambleAware and a Trustee for Age UK East London, providing legal and compliance support while engaging in recruitment and contentious matters. With a long tenure at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from October 1993 to July 2020, Teresa held the role of Head of Litigation & Regulatory for the Zurich Municipal Public Services Management Committee, gaining extensive experience in managing complex projects, contract drafting, public law, and regulatory issues. Teresa possesses a BA in Law from the University of Nottingham, complemented by a Post Graduate Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Trent University.
