Patrick Browne is an experienced professional currently serving as a Councillor for Fife Council since May 2022. In addition to this role, Patrick has been a Partnership Specialist with the Gambling Commission since 2014, focusing on the National Strategy to Reduce Gambling Harms, alongside previous roles in compliance and local authority partnerships. From 2017 to 2021, Patrick contributed as a Scottish Council Member at the Institute of Licensing. Prior leadership experience includes serving as Chief Executive of the Scottish Beer and Pub Association from 2004 to 2014, and as a Media and Public Affairs Manager at BAE Systems from 2002 to 2004.
