Seth Delorme has held multiple roles in the education and software engineering sectors. Seth began their career in 2013 as a Math & Science Teacher and Botball Robotics Program Coordinator at Teach For America in Chicago Public Schools. Seth then joined KIPP Chicago in 2015 as a Founding 5th Grade Math Teacher, Grade Level Chair, and Assistant Principal at KIPP Academy Chicago. In this role, they pioneered the creation of remote learning systems, implemented five new software programs, and deciphered software and hardware bugs. Seth also taught 7th Grade Science at KIPP Create College Prep. Most recently, they joined Gambyt in 2022 as a Junior Software Engineer.

Seth Delorme has a diverse educational background. Seth obtained their High School Diploma from Middlebury Union High School in 2009, and attended the University of New England for one year prior to that. In 2010, they began their Bachelor of Science (BS) at the University of Vermont, which they completed in 2013. In 2014, they obtained their Professional Educator License from the Illinois State Board of Education. Seth also holds certifications from the KIPP Foundation as a Leadership Team Member and Teacher Leader. In 2021, they completed a Certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from Actualize Coding Bootcamp.
