Lester Posner

Lester Posner is a strategic communications leader with over 20 years of experience in government advising and mental health advocacy. Currently, they serve as a Trustee and Board member at GamCare and as Managing Director at Teneo, where they provide expertise to government and public sector clients in the Middle East. Previously, Lester held various senior roles, including Deputy Head of Universal Credit Communications at the Department for Work and Pensions and Director of Communications at the Health and Safety Executive, where they led award-winning campaigns to enhance workplace health and safety. Lester is also pursuing postgraduate studies in Newspaper Journalism at the University of Central Lancashire and holds an MSc in Social and Public Communications from the London School of Economics.
