Allison Bilas

Allison Bilas is a seasoned executive in the gaming and analytics industries, currently serving as COO at GameAnalytics since November 2021, where responsibilities include aligning product, technology, and commercial strategies to strengthen the company's leadership in game analytics. Prior to this role, Allison held positions such as EVP of Operations and Growth at Amazon Web Services, with a focus on business development for AWS Game Tech, and COO at JoyPac, overseeing various strategic initiatives. Previous experience also includes Head of Analytics at MovieStarPlanet ApS and significant roles at PopCap Games/Electronic Arts, where Allison directed analytics teams and contributed to data-driven strategies for mobile and social games. Allison holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in International Business from Western Washington University.
