Layton Sun

Layton Sun has extensive experience in the gaming industry, starting in 2007 as a Game Localization Specialist at Shanghai Weilai Technology. Layton then worked as a Game Designer at Whichgame Studio from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Layton joined Shanghai Morefuntek Digital as the Lead Game Designer for one year. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Production Director at Speedybird, leading the localization team and handling the localization of the client MMO game Wakfu in China and Taiwan. Most recently, Layton co-founded Gamebau in 2015 and has been serving as the Production Director, responsible for localizing and launching mobile games in Latin America and leading the localization team.

Layton Sun attended Shanghai University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Laws and a degree in Intellectual Property Law. Layton also has additional certifications in Portuguese fluency from Duolingo, with intermediate level proficiency achieved in August 2016 and beginner level proficiency achieved in April 2016.
